Chinese jade censer set to make £15,000 at auction

I would happily pay £15k for it 🙂

Semley Auctioneers’ forthcoming Autumn specialist sale of Oriental and Islamic ceramics and works of art will include a Chinese jade rectangular censer or fang ding. Dating from the early 18th century, it is expected to sell for around £15,000. This sale will be held on Saturday 8th November and will be preceded by a sale of selected antique furniture and objects which will include several lots from a titled estate. Both sales will be on view on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th November, with late evening viewing until 9pm on the Friday. There will be free verbal valuations during the viewing times. Items are still being accepted for the December sales of jewellery, silver and 20th century decorative arts, as well as the monthly sales of antique furniture and objects.
